Jaisons Quality Systems was founded in 1991 by Jayant S Deogaonkar, a civil engineer who was among the first in India to introduce chemical waterproofing technology at scale. What started as a specialist waterproofing contracting firm in Pune has grown into a vertically integrated company with our own ISO-certified manufacturing facility, a swimming pool division and project delivery capability across four cities.
The business today is led by the second generation — Mandar and Amruta Deogaonkar — who have expanded the group into real estate and construction technology while keeping waterproofing and pool solutions at the core of the Jaisons identity.
