A pioneering waterproofing expert with 40+ years of experience, Jayant was instrumental in introducing chemical waterproofing technology to India. His deep understanding of construction problems drives the company's culture of innovative, site-specific solutions.

Sunita oversees the accounts and finance portfolio for the Jaisons Group, ensuring compliance with government financial regulations. Under her stewardship, Jaisons has earned excellent financial ratings from banks and institutions.

Mandar led the strategic transformation of Jaisons from a waterproofing contractor into a diversified group spanning construction technology, chemicals manufacturing, and real estate. He is also Founder and MD of Synergy Properties.

An expert in swimming pool technology, Amruta spearheaded Jaisons' diversification into pool construction. She also leads Jaisons Foundation, a non-profit for social welfare projects in and around Pune.

Jaisons Group began its journey as a waterproofing contractor in Pune.
1993
Swimming Pool division launched under the Silver Pools brand — 400+ pools completed across India over 20 years.
1995
Expanded into factory floorings and structural repairs & rehabilitation.
1998
Bags India's largest private swimming pool contract near Pune — a landmark for the division.
2005
Group turnover crosses ₹10 crores, reflecting consistent client trust and project delivery.
2013
ISO-certified manufacturing facility established at Pirangut, Pune — in-house production of 200+ construction chemical products.
2015
Building construction division added; Jaisons Properties LLP incorporated.
2016
Dedicated R&D division established to develop innovative, site-specific construction solutions.
